This video has been circulating the taxi driver Whatsapp groups of a Wolverhampton-plated Uber driver trying to drive through a flooded tunnel, the video is from @floodwatch4x4. The video shows the Uber driver driving under the low bridge during heavy rainfall and later being rescued by police.
