Polestar has confirmed its Formula 2030 concept car, which the manufacturer says will signal the next stage of its design direction and preview styling features for future production models.
The concept was announced on 7 September 2026 and has been developed under Polestar design chief Philipp Römers. It is not a production-car launch, but a show car intended to demonstrate the brand’s future design approach.
Polestar says elements of Formula 2030 will preview features planned for the next-generation Polestar 2, which is scheduled to launch in 2027. The concept will also offer an indication of design work planned for the forthcoming Polestar 7.
