Air Canada will restore its daytime Toronto-Heathrow “day-tripper” service from 1 May 2027, adding a fifth daily flight between Toronto Pearson International Airport and London Heathrow.
The airline announced the year-round schedule change on 3 September 2026 as part of its Summer 2027 expansion at Toronto. The restored service will operate daily and is scheduled to run throughout the year.
Flights from Toronto are scheduled to depart at 08:30 and arrive at Heathrow at 21:00. The return service is scheduled to leave Heathrow at 11:05 and reach Toronto at 14:45.
Air Canada will operate the route using Airbus A321XLR aircraft. The additional service will take the airline’s total number of daily Toronto-Heathrow flights to five.

The service is scheduled to begin next year, so it does not represent an immediate increase in Heathrow-Toronto capacity. However, the timetable will give passengers another daily option between the two airports once flights start.
