Greater Manchester Police seized five Lamborghinis and a Mercedes G-Wagon after responding to reports of a dangerous-driving convoy on the M66 and M62.
The incident took place on Wednesday 2 September, when officers reported seeing vehicles weaving across lanes, wheel-spinning and travelling at around 17mph at points. Police said the convoy involved Lamborghinis and Mercedes G-Wagons.
Two Lamborghinis were stopped as they left the motorway, while the remaining vehicles were brought to a stop in Rochdale.
All six vehicles were seized under Section 59 of the Police Reform Act 2002. GMP said the drivers were prosecuted for a number of driving offences.
