Uber Advantage is a new pilot program being trialed in the USA and could come to the UK. There will be two modes, standard and advantage, every driver will start on standard, and if your acceptance rate is high, rating high, and cancellation rate low you will be upgraded to the advantage mode which pays the driver more money. Many Uber drivers are complaining that it isn’t fair and we shouldn’t be on any less money doing the same job. This image below has been circulating on Reddit:
