Uber over the last week has released some updates to try and expand Uber and their users, Uber Share, Uber Teens, and now Uber One Students.
What is Uber One for Students?
Uber One is a well-known paid subscription service that offers discounts on Uber Eats and Uber taxis. Uber One Students is a similar Uber One discount monthly subscription but for a fraction of the price, Students will be able to benefit each month massively when they order an Uber / Uber Eats, Uber One Student costs £2.49 per month (Price time of this article).

Why is Uber One for Students good for Uber drivers?
Uber One for Students has no direct benefit for Uber drivers and Uber Eats delivery drivers but indirectly it can help a lot, If this new Uber membership makes more students order Uber, and Uber Eats then indirectly the drivers will benefit. It will be interesting to see how Uber One for Students will affect Uber in general especially international students flying into any UK Airport.
