An Uber driver who submitted a false sick claim got caught

An Uber passenger is claiming he was wrongfully charged £80 for cleaning fees after discovering the photos provided by the company as evidence were actually images found online.

The social media post has been circulating saying that he was shocked to find an £80 charge on his Uber account for a cleaning fee. He insists he did not vomit in the car and contacted Uber for an explanation.

Uber provided photos of a car seat covered in vomit as evidence. However, when the passenger conducted an image search, he found the exact same photos on Google and Reddit, indicating they were not taken during his ride.

The passenger believes this is a case of fraud and is demanding a refund from Uber and an explanation.
