A 62-year-old man and a 61-year-old woman have been arrested and charged with human trafficking offences in Glasgow as part of Police Scotland’s Operation Dynos investigation.
The pair were arrested and charged on 3 September 2026. They were due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on 4 September.
Operation Dynos, which includes the Retail Crime Taskforce, is investigating the alleged criminal exploitation of vulnerable young people. Police Scotland says investigators believe young people are being targeted to steal alcohol from stores across western Scotland.
The latest arrests bring the number of adults arrested in the wider exploitation investigation to nine since April 2025, according to Police Scotland.
